As women, we’re often asked to carry so much. We’re expected to keep it together, anticipate others’ needs, stay composed—even when our own bodies are begging us to pause.
My work is about offering a gentle, permission-filled space where you can set that burden down and listen to what your body truly needs.
For years I moved through life braced against my own discomfort, ignoring tension, numbing pain, and meeting others’ expectations before my own.
When I discovered somatic practice, it felt like finally meeting myself with compassion. I learned to listen, soften what was rigid, and trust the quiet wisdom that had always been there.
Now, I hold space for other women to do the same. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and guided by the belief that you already hold the wisdom you need.
I believe our bodies hold the stories of our lives—including what we’ve had to hold in, hold back, or hold together. Somatics helps us meet those stories with compassion instead of judgment.
In our work together, I’ll guide you to sense and respond to your own cues in your own time. There’s no agenda or pressure to “fix” anything. Just the invitation to be with yourself more fully and kindly.
